nytimes discovers non-pedal-powered biking!
Sanyo has developed a "sleek, lightweight" electric bike (or "e-bike"!), retailing for the low low price of $2300. ("Lightweight" somehow means 50 pounds.) Here's the Times article's acerbic opening lines:
