Thanks for posting, Kelly! Would we be able to do something similar in C-U? It seems like we'd meet most of the necessary criteria (flat topography, good population density, transfer station in town - I think, no municipal trash collection - at least in Champaign). Let's talk about it at Beer Summit this week.
